Yes. Estimates are free. You can use the online estimator or send your property details and photos for a more accurate quote. Online prices are starting estimates only; the final price may depend on the selected service, number and size of windows, property height, access, condition, and level of buildup.

For exterior-only services, you usually do not need to be home as long as we have safe access to the work areas. We will confirm any water, power, gate, or access requirements before the appointment. Someone must be present when interior access is required unless another arrangement has been made.

The time required depends on the size of the property, selected services, access, and condition. Smaller exterior window-cleaning jobs may take a few hours, while combined services or heavily soiled properties may take longer. A more accurate time estimate can be provided after reviewing the job details or photos.

Light rain does not always prevent exterior window or gutter cleaning. Heavy rain, thunderstorms, strong winds, freezing temperatures, or unsafe roof conditions may require the appointment to be rescheduled. White5 will contact you if conditions make the work unsafe or likely to affect the result.

Yes. White5 carries $2 million in liability insurance for exterior cleaning work. Proof of insurance can be provided when required.

Payment can be made by Interac e-Transfer, Square, or cash. Payment is normally due after the work has been completed unless another arrangement is included in the quote.

Please contact White5 within 48 hours and send a photo of the area whenever possible. If the issue is part of the agreed service, we will arrange to correct it at no additional labour charge.

Standard exterior window cleaning includes exterior glass, exterior frames and visible edges, purified-water cleaning where appropriate, and a final visual check of accessible windows. Screens, interior glass, interior tracks, paint, silicone, stickers, hard-water deposits, and construction debris are not automatically included unless shown in the quote.

Our filtration system removes minerals and impurities from the water. The glass and exterior frames are scrubbed and rinsed with purified water, then left to dry naturally without detergent residue. This method is especially useful for upper-storey and difficult-to-reach exterior windows.

Purified water removes normal dirt and residue but does not automatically remove mineral damage or established hard-water staining. Hard-water restoration may require additional chemicals, polishing, or specialized treatment and must be quoted separately.

Yes. Screen cleaning, interior window cleaning, and detailed track cleaning can be added to the service. Please mention these items when requesting the estimate because they require additional time and must be included in the quote.

These materials are not part of standard window cleaning. Scraping glass can carry a risk of scratching, especially on certain types of tempered or damaged glass. Please identify paint, silicone, adhesive, concrete, or construction residue before work begins so it can be inspected and quoted separately.

Standard service includes removal of accessible leaves, dirt, and debris, a basic downspout-flow check, and a visual inspection of the cleaned areas. The cleaning method depends on property height, roof conditions, and access.

Before-and-after photos or video can be provided when the gutter location and working conditions make it practical. This is especially useful when the homeowner cannot see the cleaned area from the ground.

A basic downspout check is included. Minor accessible blockages may be cleared during the service. Disassembly, underground drainage problems, damaged pipes, or severe compacted blockages may require additional work and will be discussed separately.

Removed debris is collected and the immediate work area is left tidy. Disposal arrangements may depend on the volume and type of material and will be confirmed as part of the quote.

Standard gutter cleaning does not include major repairs or replacement. Loose sections, leaks, damaged downspouts, or drainage concerns can be documented and discussed separately.

White5 provides exterior surface cleaning for suitable driveways, sidewalks, patios, siding, decks, fences, and other outdoor surfaces. The surface will be inspected before work begins to determine an appropriate cleaning method.

Incorrect pressure can damage wood, siding, paint, mortar, and other materials. White5 adjusts the cleaning method, pressure, and working distance based on the surface. Loose paint, deteriorated wood, oxidized siding, damaged concrete, and existing defects may become more visible during cleaning.

Deck and fence work may include washing, sanding, and preparation for staining. These services are quoted separately from standard pressure washing. The homeowner must approve the stain product and colour before staining work begins.

No cleaning company can guarantee removal of every stain. Rust, oil, paint, deep organic staining, mineral deposits, and permanent discolouration may require specialized treatment or may not be completely removable. We will explain the likely result before treating a heavily stained area.
