When you request an estimate, use our AI chat, contact us, call, email, or message us, we may collect information that you choose to provide, such as:
- Your name, email address, and telephone number.
- Your property address, neighbourhood, and service details.
- Photos, measurements, notes, and other information related to a requested service.
- Messages and communications between you and White5.
Our website may also collect technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referral information, and interactions with the website.
How We Use Information

- Prepare estimates, respond to questions, schedule services, and provide customer support.
- Operate the AI chat and analyze service-related photos that you choose to attach.
- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website and services.
- Measure website activity and advertising performance.

- Meet legal, accounting, safety, and fraud-prevention obligations.
AI Chat and Photo Analysis
Our website AI chat uses the OpenAI API. When you send a chat message or attach a photo, that content is transmitted to OpenAI so the system can generate a response. White5 sends these requests with response storage disabled and does not automatically add AI-chat photos to a quote, customer file, job record, or public gallery.
OpenAI does not use API inputs and outputs to train its models by default unless the account holder separately opts in. OpenAI may temporarily retain API content for safety and abuse-monitoring purposes under its data-control practices. Please do not upload payment information, identity documents, faces of people who have not consented, or unrelated private information. See OpenAI’s Privacy Policy for more information.
If you later submit photos through a White5 quote form, email, or another customer-service channel, those copies may become part of the quote or job record under this policy.
Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
White5 uses website measurement and advertising technologies, which may include Google tags and the Meta Pixel. These technologies may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits, actions, and advertising results. Google and Meta may process information according to their own privacy policies.
You can limit cookies through your browser settings and may use the advertising preference controls provided by Google, Meta, or your device.
When We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website, communications, AI chat, analytics, advertising, scheduling, or business records. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction.
Retention and Safeguards
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including service, business record, legal, and dispute-resolution needs.
